YHI Spa Meliá Chiang Mai offers a luxurious escape in the heart of the city, located within the elegant Meliá Chiang Mai Hotel. The spa combines serene privacy with five-star facilities, including seven underwater-themed treatment rooms, a sauna, and a Thai herbal steam room. Blending local Lanna traditions with Spanish wellness techniques, YHI Spa provides a unique, rejuvenating experience that soothes both body and mind.

The highlight is the Signature Treatment, which begins with Tok Sen—a traditional Lanna technique using rhythmic tamarind-wood tapping to ease muscle tension—followed by a Spanish-style oil massage that refines the skin and promotes deep relaxation. Guests praise YHI Spa for its calm atmosphere, exceptional therapists, and thoughtful service, making it one of Chiang Mai’s most rewarding wellness experiences.
